Teaching

Trust students with real problems.

Courses, teaching philosophy, and resources for current and prospective students.

I teach because good teaching is the most durable form of research. My classroom is grounded in three commitments: that students learn best when they are trusted with real problems, that critique is a form of care, and that technical craft is inseparable from ethical judgment. Whether the topic is research methodology, educational administration, or the responsible use of AI in classrooms, I design my courses as long conversations—between students and the material, between theory and practice, and between what a system can do and what it should.
